🫀 Tom O’Shea ran an incredible CPR workshop at FOUNDRY Eastbourne today — complete with dummies and hands-on practice.

In the UK, less than 1 in 10 people survive an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest. A big reason? Many bystanders don’t have the training or confidence to act.

Learning these skills could literally save a life. 💡
