Poznan was a blast! Went to film the PIT boys smashing it in their relay and individual races, with Jaya absolutely killing hers too! Harv threw me a curveball with a solo race ticket 🙈 Swore I wouldn’t do it right up until the night before… but i’m not a little wimp so we got it done! Harv was right—it killed me, and it was hilarious. Couldn’t be more grateful for friends who push me to take on wild challenges. The PIT community does it again—hands down, best gym in the UK! Content from the weekend coming soon 🙌🔥

⚙️ Switching Gears ⚙️

Promise I won’t harp on about Hyrox too much! 😅 But this weekend was mad—filming, racing, then straight back to the camera! 🎥🏃‍♀️💨

Watching Harv, Joel, and Luke hit the podium 🏆, seeing Pit members smash their first-ever Hyrox with unreal times 🕒, and witnessing solo runs powered by pure grit 💪 was something else.

The PIT is a true hub of motivation and inspiration 🔥, and I’m lucky to capture it all on camera. Now, time to dive into the edit before Coach Harv jets me off to Poland for another round—filming and (probably not) another bash at dying around the track 🌍✈️📸

Throwback to shred #3 with my sister-in-law Lauren... It’s her fault I’m a big fat piggy now 🐽(thanks to all those wedding celebrations 🥂), but she’s also the one who’s going to drag me through this lean mass program—and probably the next shred too! along with Mr Quinlan too ofcourse😅

It’s all good to fall off the wagon when it’s for a sick time (thats what I’ve been telling myself anyway) as long as you come back stronger with the same energy. Let’s get back to work 💪 LEAN MASS AHOYY !

Mr & Mrs Quinlan 💍 What a ride! From the epic hen party in Barcelona, a wedding weekend full of laughs, dancing and maybe a little too much vodka 🍸 to yet another party this weekend (in true PIT celebrity style) – these two did it all right! Their wedding journey has been absolutely incredible and so well deserved. I am so grateful to have been a part of it ! My brother and sister-in-law have officially out weddinged the whole of the UK… and my six-pack didn’t survive the process 🤣❤️ Love you both so so much and thank you for an unforgettable year of wedding celebrations 🙌

Just got back from the most incredible weekend celebrating my two favorite people—The Quinlans—in Santorini! 🎉🇬🇷 Still buzzing from witnessing the most beautiful day ever! Now back in the “editing suite”catching up on some epic client work (and getting ready to flood you all with wedding pic spam soon 🤭). Pretty sure I’m 10kg up from all the vodka and gyros, but it was SO worth it. 😅 Feels good to be back in action and diving into some sick fitness content. Let’s go! 💪🎥

Looking back at the first shred of the year, it’s wild to see how much things have changed. Those 16 weeks? Absolute game changer, they made me stronger and more focused than ever. I can’t say I’m posting this picture with a six-pack, but the experience taught me discipline and accountability. 🧠💪

A few years ago, I was a whole different person. Picture this: lazy, overweight, lost all passion for videography and basically out of control. I was treading water one day at a time, with no goal. 🤮

Fast forward to now, and I’m 4 shreds deep, pushing myself with new projects, taking on more clients, working harder than ever (and loving it). I’m even signing up for fitness competitions—seriously, who even is she?🙌

I often get asked what it is about the shred that keeps me coming back for more. It’s simple really. It’s proof that you really do get out what you put in. I started doing more positive things, and wouldn’t you know it, life started looking more positive. ✨

I can’t even toot my own ti***es when it comes to this - really do just be out here transforming lives ⚒️
