NEXT TUESDAY COUNCIL MEETING

Motion-Vote of No Confidence in the administration of West Lothian Council and the decisions they are making
West Lothian Council agrees that the present administration has lost the confidence of the people of West Lothian.
Council further agrees that many recent decisions made by this administration have failed to reflect the priorities of our communities, particularly the deeply flawed handling of the process around community centres. Many of these decisions have been made without allowing adequate scrutiny from all councillors; they have lacked transparency; failed to involve proper consultation and have
left residents, volunteers and local groups uncertain about the future of these vital facilities.
West Lothian Council therefore agrees we have No Confidence in this administration going forward.
