Appreciation post of the goodest li’l guy; this is Kaiser 🐶

Spent the weekend in Glen Coe camping and playing tour guide for a couple of friends who hadn’t visited the highlands before…we had a really lovely and relaxed time…but this wee guy might have been a personal highlight of the trip!

Catching sunrises on the summit of one of my favourite Munros: Tom na Gruagaich 🌄

Made the most of the sunshine this weekend by enjoying a summit camp in Torridon with the wonderful folks at , who were celebrating the gallery’s 10th anniversary.

This was also my first time with the Hilleberg Akto tent. Lightweight, packable and easy to set up…a great addition for a summit camp in the Highlands.

A short 3 hour Munro hike today…after 6 weeks off, it felt great to get the boots mucky again! 🥾

I’ve been putting this one off for a while, since I hiked its neighbour in awful conditions a few years ago. It was actually a lot of fun, and makes for a perfect short hike if you want to get out but can’t be bothered to committing to a full day…I was out and back in Edinburgh for 2pm.

It was also the first time testing out my summer kit; looking forward to breaking it back out for an exciting adventure in a couple of weeks!
