Struggling to focus lately? You’re definitely not the only one... and you don’t have to do it all on your own!
I’m running a weekly body doubling session on Wednesdays from 1–3pm (UK time), and you’re very welcome to join.
It’s a low-pressure space where we set 1 - 3 small goals, then quietly get on with our own stuff, with a few gentle check-ins along the way.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or just need someone else “in the room” to help you start, this could really help.
It’s especially useful for neurodivergent folks, but open to ANYONE who needs a bit of structure and support.
We meet on Google Meet. First taster session is £5.
