Confidence!!

It was the theme of this year’s Women on Top Summit, but we knew that word meant something different to everyone in that room.

For some, it was putting on their best outfit, showing up solo and walking through the doors of the

For others, it was stepping in front of Jenni’s camera for a headshot (even the camera-shy ones!)

And for many, it was just being there, surrounded by 300 women who get it.

I have no desire to be a food influencer, particularly now I’ve seen how I look when I’m eating 🫣 ….(swipe that joy)

But I do want to tell you about my best lunch of 2025 🍜

To be fair there isn’t a huge amount of competition for this accolade, given I either work through it accidentally or grab snacks or a soggy packaged sarnie 🤢

But I know how much better I can function with good nutrition, and how important it is to fuel my menopausal brain 😵‍💫

Today I went for a solo lunch to

And had THE most amazing meal 🙌 so flavoursome! With seaweed and ginger and crunchy veg hidden in delicious rice 🍚 with a bowl of gut nourishing miso soup on the side. 😋

You may have seen the news that Patricia Routledge - Hyacinth Bucket (Bouquet!) has died, aged 95. 💐

I read and loved her reflections on finding her purpose later in life.

About life unfolding in chapters.

At 50 she found her defining role.
At 60 she learned Italian.
At 70 she returned to the stage.
At 80 she discovered painting.
And at 95, she wrote letters and baked bread.

There’s so much joy in the idea that purpose can arrive later in life.

That it can keep evolving as we do.

That growth and reinvention aren’t reserved for the young.

I meet so many women who feel behind; in business, in life, in figuring out what’s next.

But I don’t think they’re behind at all.

There’s no expiry date on becoming who you’re meant to be.

I was 40 when I started figuring it out and I still am!

At 95 Patricia said:

“I still adore laughter, though I no longer try to make anyone laugh.

Growing older isn’t a final act.

It can be life’s most exquisite chapter if you allow yourself to bloom once more.”

Amen to that 🌷

My relationship with has been built over the last five years. They have been incredible support to many eggs who’ve gone through their Accelerator programme, used their co-working.

At the Summit they gave Jolene, founder of , the space to showcase her gorgeous soaps - The Exchange never smelt so good! ☺️

Finding partners is hard - for every yes I got far more no’s - find a good one, and work hard to keep them.

Running a business isn’t always spreadsheets and sunshine, sometimes it’s late nights, wobbly invoices, and wondering if you’re “doing it right.”

That’s where has always had my back.

From day one, they’ve made the scary side of running a business feel manageable.

And let’s be honest, anything that makes tax, invoices and expenses feel less terrifying is a win. 🙌

But what I love most? They get us. The founders, the freelancers, the small biz owners spinning all the plates. And they don’t just build software for us, they show up for us too.

They were with us at last year’s Summit and they’re back again this year, helping us create a day that’s all about confidence & visibility!
