Ridiculously excited to have medieval music ensemble 'Gaita' performing at our next gig on April 14th at .

Gaita specialise in courtly vocal and instrumental music from the courts of Europe from the 1200-1500 including France, Italy, Spain, and Scotland. For this event the core duo will be performing on medieval period instruments - vielle, harp, citole and medieval bagpipes.

You may remember her from when we hosted her some years back, however the gig was a day before they announced the first lockdown so naturally everyone was a bit distracted. Well my dear pals, we did it!!!!

You showed up and showed huge support for our fundraiser and I can tell you now that it was a real success. At the start of the evening you may have heard me say my goal was that we could make £2,000... Well the figure Medical Aid for Palestinians will be receiving from you all is £2,808!!

Our gross take over all was £3,001, so your ticket sales and raffle ticket sales actually pushed us just over 3k! But we had some expenses and fees to cover. But not very much or very many! We basically put that night on for £193.

Thankyou for coming, and thankyou everyone who donated.
