If you’re in Edinburgh during cherry blossom season, The Meadows should be high on your list.

Bring a coffee, take a slow walk, and don’t be surprised if you end up taking far too many photos.

Dreaming of a moment like this?

A bench under the cherry blossoms, a good friend beside you, and a conversation that lasts far longer than planned.

Spring in Edinburgh really does know how to slow time down.

A few lovely signs of spring from last weekend in Edinburgh

The first cherry blossoms, fresh flowers, and that soft spring feeling that makes everything look a little brighter. It’s such a lovely time to be outside and notice the season slowly changing 💛

Spring is starting to show itself in Edinburgh🌸

It’s still a little early for the cherry blossoms, but the magnolias are already blooming at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh.

One of the most beautiful early bloomers is Campbell’s magnolia, known for its large pink flowers, short blooming season, and elegant cup-and-saucer shape.

It’s a lovely little reminder that spring is on its way, and I was lucky enough to capture some beautiful moments during my visit.

if you’re walking down Princes Street, pop into Waterstones and head up to the café.

Try to grab a window seat — the view is unreal. Best ‘budget viewpoint’ in the city (all it costs is a coffee) 😉☕
