We stopped by Underbelly at George Square yesterday, which is one of our favourite spots during the Fringe. There were food trucks, an outdoor bar, astroturf, and a thousand people around, but we still found a cosy corner to sit and eat.

This place is actually part of Fringe history. Underbelly started back in 2006 and turns 20 this year. Their purple branding and the iconic upside-down inflatable cow have become a bit of a Fringe symbol. They're now one of the festival's biggest producers, with over 2,500 shows across 20 venues last year alone.

Even when the Fringe is at its busiest, you can still find a quiet corner to sit with family or friends. I highly recommend it if you're in Edinburgh during the festival🎪

Bring a coffee, take a slow walk, and don’t be surprised if you end up taking far too many photos.
