Eglinton based business, Chasing Light Tours, is looking for a freelance Virtual Assistant to help with booking travel and other logistics.

I run small-group photography workshops and tours across Ireland and Europe, and need someone to take care of booking accommodation, rental cars, flights etc.

Currently got two upcoming tours that need sorted now, so this could be a great trial run to see if we work well together. It’s freelance, ad-hoc work to start (a few hours here and there), but could turn into something more regular.

You’ll need to be organised, confident comparing travel options online, and comfortable contacting hotels or car hire companies when needed. Ideally you’ve got some experience booking travel for clients or businesses.
