🌹COMMUNITY HOLISTIC THERAPIES🌹

We are delighted to announce our September date for the Community Holistic Therapies - Tuesday evening 15th, from 7 - 9pm😊

Whether you’ve joined us before or are curious to try something new, our welcoming, supportive sessions offer holistic therapies that can be a beneficial addition to managing your health and wellbeing.

A suggested contribution of £5 per treatment would be a lovely way to support the evening. This can be paid on the night, with all proceeds going towards a worthy cause.

You can choose to enjoy lower leg or Indian Head massage with Sophie-Lee, facial Gua Sha with Joanne, or foot reflexology with Shelly, Breidge and Orla.

Lower leg & foot massage is particularly helpful for neuropathy, oedema/swelling, arthritis and circulatory issues. It may also promote relaxation, improve sleep and reduce stress.

Gua sha is a gentle, soothing therapy that helps ease headaches, particularly those caused by tension in the face, jaw and neck. Gentle massage can help relax tight muscles, encourage circulation and promote a sense of calm and wellbeing. It may also help reduce facial tension and leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Indian Head Massage supports headaches, migraines, hair loss, sleep quality and can relieve symptoms of depression, stress and anxiety, promoting emotional balance.

Reflexology applies pressure to reflex points on the feet, which correspond to organs and body systems. It may relieve pain and stress, support lymph drainage, enhance sleep, improve circulation, and help the nervous system adjust, promoting whole-body balance.

These therapies can be incorporated alongside other treatments for chronic conditions, helping to support your body’s natural healing and enhance your overall sense of wellbeing.

To complement our holistic therapies, we’re delighted to have Eglinton’s very own Nutritionist, Bridgeen Doherty, who will be with us from 7.30pm–8.30pm.
Bridgeen will be on hand to chat, answer any questions and offer friendly guidance on nutrition and wellbeing, with a range of products from Ethical Weigh available too.

Whether you’re feeling stressed, lacking energy, experiencing inflammation, or simply want to find out more about supporting your body through nutrition, Bridgeen is there to help you explore what might be best suited to you. ✨

Pop in, have a chat and discover how a little nutritional support could complement your holistic wellbeing journey.
Bridgeen can be found on Instagram - Bridgeen Doherty ANutr (Nutrition Scientist)

If you, a loved one, or a neighbour would like to join us, please DM this page or call/WhatsApp/message Orla on 07308 312544 with your name and contact number to book your place ❤️
