Plot twist: Apparently, one thing at a time really isn’t my thing 😂

I love my career but over the last few months, I’ve also been building something of my own.

A high-ticket online business in the health and wellness space, alongside co-founding , a community created to help more women explore the same opportunity.

For me, it was never about choosing one path. It’s about creating more options. More opportunities. And building a life that can keep evolving as you do.

Because your ambition doesn’t have to fit into one job title, one income stream or one version of success.

The more I’ve learned about it, the more I’ve realised how little I ever thought to question something I consume every single day.

What’s in it. Where it comes from. And more recently, the growing research around molecular hydrogen.

Safe to say, I look at a glass of water very differently now 🙊

The hardest part about a new chapter?

It rarely feels like a fresh start at first.

It feels uncertain.
Uncomfortable.
A little bit like, “what am I actually doing?” 😅

But maybe that’s the point.

You can’t ask for different and expect it to feel familiar.

Save this for the season where everything feels a little unknown and send it to someone who needs the reminder 🤍

Turns out, sunflowers are a pretty good reminder 🌻

They don’t question whether they should keep growing… they just do.

And I think there’s something in that.

I’m definitely not the same person I was 12 months ago. For lots of different reasons, this year has changed me. My goals have evolved, my confidence has grown and that same curiosity has taken me in directions I never could have planned.

And I actually love that 🫶🏼

There’s something really exciting about not knowing exactly who you’ll become or where the things you’re exploring might lead you.

So here’s to never being the finished version 🌻🤍

You can love your career and still build something of your own.

Prioritise your health and still have big ambitions.

Stay curious, keep growing and change your mind about what you want along the way.

That’s what building this business has given me more of… choice.

The choice to keep everything I already love, while creating space for what else might be possible 🤍
