Officially a Published SPEAKer šŸŽ¤

This morning marks a significant milestone as I officially become a published SPEAKer. It has been an honour to share this journey with the incredible Eve Earley, a true changemaker, and the inspirational Alison Matthews, alongside phenomenal speakers.

As I prepare for my next talk at the Women’s Empowerment Summit in Dublin next Saturday, I’m reminded of the joy and privilege it is to share my story, but more importantly, the tools and insights that can serve others on their journey.

If speaking is part of your 2025 vision, here are the biggest lessons I’ve learned along the way:

1ļøāƒ£ It’s Not About You:

Speaking on stages with big audiences can feel daunting at first. I had many opportunities for this during my network marketing days. My biggest obstacle was getting out of my own head and overcoming the fear of how I looked or sounded. I learned that it’s not about me, it’s about the people in front of me. The moment I focused on serving my audience instead of my own insecurities, everything changed.

2ļøāƒ£ Build a Solid Foundation:

Over the past four years, I’ve built a strong foundation as a speaker. My story is at the heart of what I share, but I’ve learned the importance of balancing storytelling with actionable insights. It’s about empowering the audience to take meaningful steps in their lives and leaving them inspired to grow, transform, and thrive.

3ļøāƒ£ Focus on the Message, Not the Role:

The most profound lesson I’ve learned is this, being a speaker is about so much more than standing on a stage. It’s about becoming the messenger. When you focus on the message you’re sharing with the world, you have the power to create a ripple effect, sparking deep, meaningful change and transformation that extends far beyond the room. By fully embodying the purpose behind your message, you create connections that resonate long after the moment has passed.

Here’s my message to you:

Your words have power. It’s not just about having a polished presentation or perfect delivery (though those are important). The real magic happens when you step into your power, radiate your realness, and pour your energy and purpose into your message.

And yes, I still get all the feels before and as I walk on that stage, nerves and all! But here’s what I’ve learned: those nerves? They’re just adrenaline, and they mean you care. Without them, your energy might not be coming from the right place. So, embrace the butterflies, they’re just part of the magic!

Being a speaker isn’t just about the stage, it’s about the connection, the transformation, and the impact you can create.

Let’s make 2025 the year we step boldly into our purpose, share our powerful stories, and create lasting change together.

What’s the message you’re ready to share with the world? šŸŒ ā¤ļø
