Now my history if you didn't know - I am 44 next month- 23 years diagnosed with Endometriosis- 13 operations and a full hysterectomy 5 years ago .. I have reoccurring endo and messed up insides with chronic adhedsions 😭😭

I do not use hrt ( personal choice) and since my hysterectomy my body simply WAS NOT my own if that makes sense ...

So fast forward to the first picture in mid June ...

A full 6 weeks including a plant based gut health product into my day !!!

Am I eating dust 😔 NO !!

Am I depriving myself 😪 NO !!

Am I skipping meals 😪 NO !!

Am I obsessing about what I can and can't eat 🤔 NO

Infact I am just eating normally - when I am hungry and what I fancey

Reoccurring endo and adhedsions after my womb was removed .

I do not use hrt through my own personal choice and I have recently been told I can not have any more surgery unless it is life threatening so I am currently waiting to see a women's health physiotherapist so at the moment endo is fife !!
