WestCountry Technology Vision has partnered with Leo-Link to expand Starlink installations across the region — and due to continued growth, we’re looking for motivated and customer-focused Starlink Installation Engineers to join the team.

This is a field-based role installing and setting up Starlink satellite broadband systems at homes and businesses across the WestCountry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Installing and configuring Starlink systems
✔ Mounting and aligning satellite equipment
✔ Running neat, professional cabling
✔ Testing connections and ensuring top performance
✔ Delivering excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For:

🔧 Installation experience (telecoms/satellite/broadband/AV preferred)
🚐 Full UK driving licence
🪜 Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
💬 Strong communication skills
✅ Able to work independently
🧳 Staying away during the week may be required

As an approved Dahua installer, generally we only concentrate on Dahua technology but as this customer has other HiK CCTV we kept it all the same for them

We travelled 250miles from Devon to Kent for this job for a long standing customer, before we migrated 10 years ago

Using a 16 channel NVR, 8 cameras, wireless P2MP bridging and a cloud managed router/WiFi network with long range external AP’s

All in a days work for our team 💪

Another late festival takeover for this summer. After providing WiFi services for these festival organisers in the past, we have since acquired more projects.

This client of ours found us last summer when looking for an Authorised Starlink installer looking to supply and install Starlink at their newly purchased farm

Since then, we have worked along side them during the development and added additional Wi-Fi bridge links internally hardwired WiFi 6 access points and external WiFi coverage, including a high gain/long range access point, covering up to 200 linear meters

We have also provided security systems including Dahua’s latest 8mp TIOC pro cameras and AirShield products for seemless alarm system
