Sometimes growth doesn’t look loud.
It looks like choosing yourself again.
It looks like being patient when nothing seems to be moving.
It looks like soft moments that no one else sees… but they matter more than you think.

May is a reminder that not everything beautiful happens instantly.
Some things are growing, behind the scenes.
Some things are aligning in ways you can’t yet understand.

You don’t have to rush it.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just have to stay open… and keep going.

✨ A small exercise for you:

Pause for a moment and ask yourself:
“What is one thing in my life that is slowly getting better?”
Write it down. Even if it feels small.
Train your mind to notice progress, not just perfection.

Because the truth is…
you are already becoming someone you once needed.

💖 Tell us in the comments: Which lesson felt like it was meant for you?

Save this for days when you need a reminder ✨

As compassionate folks, it’s easy to get confused about boundaries.

Especially when you’re with someone who seems to like it when you revolve your life around keeping them pleased…not realizing (or not caring) that it comes at your cost. ☹️

My compassionate friend, that is no way to live.

But how do we begin to change this?

We find our boundaries. ❤️

Our boundaries show us how to delight in our compassionate heart — how to continue to care for others (because that’s a beautiful thing), but no longer abandon ourselves in the name of love.

Because our boundaries show us how to love ourselves just as much as we love everyone else.

You are worthy.

And if those around you aren’t treating you that way?

You deserve better.

❤️
Molly

💥 People wait all day for 5 PM. All week for Friday. All summer for winter. All winter for summer. And all of life for happiness. Don’t let the pursuit of tomorrow diminish the joy of today. 💥

I hope your next chapter is so good
you forget why you were scared to start it.

But here’s something most people don’t realize…

It’s not the “next chapter” that changes everything.
It’s the moment you decide to stop expecting things to go wrong.

Because fear doesn’t always look loud.
Sometimes it looks like overthinking.
Like waiting a little longer.
Like needing to feel “more ready.”

And, you will never feel fully ready for the life that’s meant to expand you.

You just feel a pull.
And a little discomfort.

That’s the sign.

So instead of asking:
“Am I ready for this?”

Try asking:
“Am I willing to meet a new version of myself?”

Because that’s what a new chapter really is.
Not a new life.
But a new you inside the same life.

✨ A small exercise for today:

Take a piece of paper (or your notes) and write this:

“What am I delaying right now because I’m scared?”

Be honest. Don’t overthink it.

Then underneath, write:

“What is one small step I can take today, even if I’m not ready?”

Make it simple. Almost too simple.
Send the message. Post the idea. Start before you feel ready.

Because clarity doesn’t come before action.
It comes from it.

Your next chapter isn’t waiting for you to be fearless.
It’s waiting for you to begin 💋
