I recently hosted the Summer Walk for Hospiscare at Darts Farm. The weather was a bit of a challenge (hence the footwear) but the participants were in great spirits and 10's of thousands of pounds (£) were raised for this vital charity.

I’m genuinely gutted about the passing of Steve Wright. I grew up listening to him and he definitely inspired me to become a radio presenter 📻

I got to be a member of Paul Hopper’s possé at BBC Devon back in the early 90’s on his show Out Of Order. It felt like being part of Steve’s possé to me.

Alright friends…

Men's Health Week starts tomorrow, and I'm kicking it off with a driving experience at Land Rover Westcountry (near Honiton).

It all kicks off at 5pm, it's £55 per head (normally it's £150) and should be a good challenge and great fun too.

There are 3 or 4 spaces left if anyone can make it, please book yourself in today so we can finalise numbers -

I've launched my 'How to Journal'. I'm delighted to say that despite my best attempts at procrastination and time wasting, I've completed it and it is now 'LIVE'.
