It's 3 years today that I got my ADHD diagnosis. There wasn't a dramatic overnight shift. Or a big revelation as to how my life was going to change.
But what it did do?
It gave me permission to be different.
Do things differently.
Acknowledge my brain worked differently.
And little by little I started to trust myself.
To get support and inspiration rather than looking for blueprints or step by step instructions.
And find ways of working that I found fun & joyful, even if it broke a lot of the 'rules' I'd be taught by the experts.
It started with small decisions like only doing calls in the morning & early afternoon bc my brain gets tired as my meds wear off.
And now it's in everything I do...
from the way I create my offers to the way I have built a team to support my fast brain, rather than restrict it.
Lots of my clients are neurodivergent, whether diagnosed or not, and thrive working with me when they have struggled with other coaches. And I think that's genuinely because I work with the person, not the business model.
I'm very happy to talk ADHD, diagnosis & all the ways I support my brain. Ask away in the comments or DM me.
And if you're interested in my way of working, INEVITABLE & LHCEO Mastermind reopen in Sept, waitlists are open now (link in bio).
