The AUS$52 million project more than doubles Quantem’s diesel storage capacity at the site, providing vital fuel security to support critical transport and infrastructure requirements.

Wood has secured a three-year contract extension to provide operations, maintenance, modifications and support services (OMMS) on Equinor’s assets at the Mariner field, located on the UK Continental Shelf (UKCS). 🤝

With this extended contract, Wood will continue to support the delivery of Equinor strategic objectives through projects, upgrades, and maintenance on the Mariner A platform and Mariner B floating storage unit.

Baker Hughes has announced a long-term service agreement award from bp for its Tangguh LNG plant in Papua Barat, Indonesia. 🇮🇩

This comprehensive 90-month agreement covers spare parts, repair services, and field service engineering support for critical turbomachinery at the facility including heavy-duty gas turbines, steam turbines, and compressors for three LNG trains, helping to ensure its continued reliable operation. 🚢

CTCI has announced that it was awarded a major LNG terminal-related EPC contract to help the state-owned oil company CPC Corporation, Taiwan build a regasification facility at Kaohsiung Intercontinental LNG Receiving Terminal (also known as the 7th LNG receiving terminal) in southern Taiwan, after securing LNG storage tanks EPC contract for the same terminal late in 2024. 🇹🇼

Wood is set to provide project management consultancy (PMC) services to develop Turkey’s largest polypropylene plant and associated terminal facility as part of the Ceyhan project. 🇹🇷

Wood is deploying over 70 project management experts to support the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) phase for the polypropylene plant, as well as the engineering and procurement for the terminal facility under contracts valued at $18 million, over three years.

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases Group (Nikkiso CE&IG) has announced that it has been contracted by NPG (a joint venture to be formed by Shell and a subsidiary of FOCOL Holdings Ltd) to provide LNG regasification and cryogenic equipment for the New Providence Gas Project in Nassau, the Bahamas. 🇧🇸

The project involves an LNG receiving terminal in support of additional power generation at Clifton Pier. It aims to deliver lower-carbon infrastructure by using LNG to feed new and retrofitted gas turbines which previously used diesel.

In the U.S. Energy Information Administration's (EIA) latest Short-Term Energy Outlook, it forecasts that US working natural gas inventories will reach 3872 billion ft3 by the end of October, or 2% more than the previous five-year average for that time of year. Natural gas inventories grew quickly in late April through early June, with seven consecutive weeks of net injections to inventories exceeding 100 billion ft3 each for the first time since 2014. 📊

Transition Industries LLC has signed a heads of agreement (HoA) with Bonatti S.p.A for critical infrastructure on the Pacifico Mexinol project in Sinaloa, Mexico. 🇲🇽

Under the terms of the HoA, which includes a lump sum binding price, Bonatti will be responsible for the detailed engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start up for the upgrade of the port facilities and jetty at the Terminal Transoceánica de Topolobampo, S.A. de C.V. (TTT) port area where all methanol loading operations for export will occur.
