我曾經得到過。
I did have it once.
而曾經得到，本身就已經是一種圓滿。
And having had it at all was already a kind of completeness.

A bottle filled with sunshine, mangoes, and the warmth of a perfect summer evening. ☀️🥭

這瓶香味，讓我想到夏天傍晚的果園。

芒果的香甜帶著一點檸檬的清爽，再點綴柔和花香，就像夕陽灑落在果樹間，空氣裡飄著青草與果香，溫暖卻不悶熱。

等到麝香、香草和琥珀慢慢浮現，就像微風吹過臉頰，坐在果園裡點了一杯冰涼的芒果飲，一邊感受陽光留下的餘溫，一邊享受夏日最愜意的片刻。

如果相信福報，也應該相信因果。

看《龍藏經》是結善緣，也是種善因；真正的福報，仍要靠每天的善念、善行與對自己言行負責，慢慢累積。

If we believe in blessings, we should also believe in the law of cause and effect.

Seeing the Longzang (Dragon Canon) is an opportunity to form a wholesome connection with the Dharma and plant a seed of goodness. But true blessings are cultivated through our everyday thoughts, actions, and our willingness to take responsibility for the way we live.

These words do not deny good and evil, precepts, or practice.
They remind me that what binds us is often not the world itself, but the labels our mind keeps making.

這些文字並非否定善惡、戒律或修行，而是提醒自己：真正束縛我們的，往往不是境界，而是心中不斷生起的分別與標籤。

I am still learning Yogācāra, and I do not yet understand everything.
But I begin to see one thing clearly: the mind keeps dividing, the mind keeps making labels.
Perhaps practice begins when we see this, and gently let it go.

我仍在學習唯識，也仍有許多論義未能真正明白。
但至少現在，我開始看見——心一直在分別，心一直在貼標籤；而修行，或許就是一次次看見它，然後慢慢放下。

The deepest attachment is not the world.
It is the mind that keeps making labels.

最深的執著，不在外境；而在心，不斷地分別、貼上標籤。

真正的修行，
True practice

不是永遠用同一種方式對待所有人；
is not using the same way with everyone.

而是不管因緣如何改變，
Even when conditions change,

都不讓自己的發心改變。
keep your good intention the same.

而是知道自己真正想要什麼。

然後，心甘情願地做出選擇

因為真正困住我們的，很多時候不是選擇本身，而是心裡的不甘願
