Ayeeee Up!

Did ya miss me?

Like fvk you did 😋

So I've been in the background living real life, it's legit been the best worst year EVER. I'm still in awe at how even when everything seems to have gone to sh!t, life can still feel so delicious and goooood ❤️

Not to say there's not been bad moments too, I am but a human meat bag after all. I know a lot of us have been going through the trenches but I woke up buzzing today at just how much magic is crackling through the air ✨

So what do we do to ride that beautiful satisfying momentum?

- Give a sh!t how we feel
- Make it the MOST important thang about our day
- Let go of drama llamas
- Show ourselves kindness and grace
- Focus on the gooooood

And make sure we SHOW ourselves that we are commited to feeling, even just a tiny bit better, by doing or even just THINKING something that makes us feel good today ❤️

Oh and guess what I finally got my shizzle together to start the lil reading group and free journal for my book. We start next week, totally free, so let me know if you're up for it!

You can still feel focus.

👍🏿 Zero connection?

You can still feel the love that flows all around you.

The goal is not to jump from whatever you are feeling into pure ecstasy.

The goal is to feel a lil better than what you do now.

To SEE that where you want to be is possible.
To believe you are worthy of it.
To act and think in a way that supports where you want to be and what you want to do.

And if you don't know what that is?

Act and think in a way that supports you feeling lighter, more you, more happy.

Just follow the fun.

Yesterday I finally got to travel and use my birthday pressy with my soul sis Mel ♥️

We've both had the highest highs and lowest lows this year so yesterday was an act of pure Self-Love and chasing fun 😇

It reminded me of just far we've come on our different journeys and how humbled I am with the beautiful souls that pass through and touch my existence every single day.

Also just how vulnerable we have to make ourselves in order to connect but how that risk is SO incredibly worth it everytime ♥️

As always it was and I am so more than pumped to get ready for being ready of my next leap forward.

Living with gratitude for every moment and feeling soooo lucky that I have the support and love of ALL which brings me not only the most delicious experiences but the most delicious souls to play with ❤️

So what's next for you? How do you wanna feel? What do you wanna do?

Zero expectations except for the expectation that ALL is flowing, good and beautifully unfolding for you, me and we 🙏
