The Great British Koi Show is on this coming August Bank Holiday weekend (23-24th August) in Newark.

Next weekend (16th - 17th Aug) it's the turn of the North of England Koi Show that takes place near Sunderland.

If thats not enough of a reason to attend I have been informed by the North of England's Show Committee that Grey’s Koi are having a open weekend as well just 10 minutes down the road. Two great reasons to make the trip 👌.

The Shinkokoi Award is one the National Show are immensely proud to feature at the show. The award is given by members of the UK Shinkokai to a koi what is believed to be competitive at a Japanese level. So no mean feat to be presented with this or have an honourable mention!

Congratulations to Chip Kawaksingh for being presented with this award for 2025 and to our honourable mentions Matthew Lawrie, Carl Morrison and Steve Lavers.
