A Halloween twist on two of my Japan '25 designs 🎃

Starting with a much darker take on my Bamboo art, in a rich lush colourway that I've actually dubbed Witches Grasp here. Like, the tall towers of them kinda resemble the long, spindly fingers of some ancient witch / demon [oni] to me...

With my Japanese Clouds setting the spooky scene with oranges, purples and yellow like an ominous Halloween Night sky.

Say a spooky Hey Boo! to your coven / friend group this season 🎃👻

A sparkly, fun and playful companion piece to my recent Ghosts Pattern, fit for apparel and stationery [as well as bags and display home decor items].

And I, of course, made a bunch of colourways [a few with some gradient bats play], as well as a slight variant to the last, Light Grey, which I think looks cool.

[You'll have to let me know if you prefer it to the standard with the black linework!]

A quickish stylized geo pop sunset print 🌅 for this week's art challenge by CatCoq

Inspired by my love of pop art, bold colours and clean linework [originating from 90s video games, classic artists and japanese animation].

Combining geometric and organic elements to hopefully make something somewhat cool conceptually! I did rush at the end...

A sunset as you will is the promise of the moon and stars to come, no? 🌙⭐ [Or at least, that's my interpretation of this piece]

More Twill colourways are here for AW 🍂🎨

From a cool new Ice Blue and Steely Violet, and Dark Forest Red and Green [striding that line between spooky and festive].

And a funky mix of Neon Teal, Purple and Black, to a straight up Pumpkin Orange and Black number, fit for Halloween.

I really like this bunch, full bias on display - the Neon Mix being a lovely accident - what about you, any faves?

Love playing with those rich, dark or muted Autumnal colour combos 🎨

The Pistachio Lime and Chocolate Brown love hearts playing cadence to a popular sweet flavor [that is showing no signs of slowing down!] 🍫💗

And my Leopard Print 2 ensnared in moody Dark Twisted Forest red and green, evoking, perhaps, classic fairytales such as Sleeping Beauty and Snow White 🐆🎃✨️

Lastly, a backdrop wash of Slate Blue really makes my Bananas pattern POP, no? 🍌

I'm almost always coming up with, seeing or and sharing in colour combos [I finally decided on one of my core Xmas ones this week].
With Pumpkin Orange, Neon Teal and Purple, and Gilded Gold [all with black] being top amongst the others atm.

My Undead Unicorn is a creation of mine circa 2017, a skeleton steed inspired by [and surely worthy] of the darkest fairy of them all, Maleficent. 💀🦄✨
