Celebrating Our Pilots' Success!

We're incredibly proud to share an update from one of our dedicated F3C pilots, who's had an outstanding start to the competition season!

After meticulous preparation, he secured strong 6th place finishes in the Euro Heli Series rounds in Denmark and France, even achieving a personal best score. And this past weekend, he brilliantly finished in 3rd place at the UK Helicopter National Championships! What a fantastic achievement!
His focus now shifts to the World Championships in Romania this August.

We're thrilled that our Overlander LiPos will be powering his flights, as they have been for six years and countless cycles, consistently delivering the light weight and reliable power he needs.

It's also a huge testament to our product that all three British F3C pilots will be flying Overlander LiPos throughout the 2025 season. We're committed to supporting these incredible athletes as they push the boundaries of performance.

"I've just returned home from the latest EHS competition which was held in San Vittore, Switzerland.

This is a club which I hold dear to my heart. Set in a valley, the mountains are very striking and certainly offer a unique challenge as a back-drop. The club has a real family atmosphere with everyone joining in to help run the weekend and made us all feel very welcome and part of that family.

Despite the weather forecast, we had a very productive training session on the Friday, followed by 3 rounds which we just about managed to complete in between showers on the Saturday. Unfortunately, Sundays prediction of rain came true which meant we didn't get to fly the finals. But that didn't matter one bit. We had a fantastic weekend, catching up with friends, competing against the best pilots in the World.

What are the chances of being in Switzerland, in a tent eating dinner the night England played Switzerland in the European Championships? Whilst not a big football follower, it did make for an interesting night.

Back to the flying. The level of flying was spectacular from everyone. I unfortunately got caught in rain showers mid-way through my second and third round flights, but I battled on and got some really good, consistent scores which left me in 10th place. Given the company I was in. I was thrilled with the result and I was able to take some things away to work on before the European Championships next month."
