Looking for a flexible workspace in the heart of Belfast city centre?

One of my favourite parts of hosting the Digg Podcast is meeting people who are genuinely passionate about what they do.

I recently sat down with Gary McCausland to chat about his journey and the story behind his business Hubflow

After hearing more about it, I thought it was worth sharing with you all as you may benefit from using the amazing facilities they offer.

Just to be clear, this isn’t a paid ad. I just love supporting local businesses and entrepreneurs who are doing great things.

Here’s a little insight into HubFlow and what they’re all about.

Hubflow on Dublin Road, Belfast, offers professional, flexible workspace options designed to suit the way you work, whether you need a private office, a hot desk, a meeting room, a day pass or a virtual office.

Their day passes are ideal if you need a productive workspace for the day, with access to Hubflow’s professional facilities in a central Belfast location.

They also offer half-day passes for meeting rooms only, perfect if you need a space for client meetings, team catch ups, interviews, presentations or focused planning sessions without booking a full day.

With superfast Wi-Fi, breakout areas, phone booths, kitchen facilities and a location just minutes from Belfast Grand Central Station and a multi story car park, Hubflow gives businesses, teams and remote workers the flexibility they need.

And Belfast isn’t the only Hubflow location. They have multiple locations across London too.

As Gary said, “It’s not about providing desks for people, it’s about providing an environment where they can grow and be successful! We exist to make other companies successful!”

I feel like it’s a coincidence.

We are going back to Letterkenny 17 years later.

Any recommendations of things to do in Letterkenny?

These homemade burgers are loaded with hidden veggies, easy to make, and served with crispy homemade skinny fries and Tomato Ketchup.

Ingredients

For the burgers:
• 500g mince
• 1 onion, finely grated or chopped
• 1 red pepper, finely diced
• 1 carrot, grated
• 1 egg
• 100g breadcrumbs
• 1 tsp garlic granules
• ½ tsp black pepper
• Optional: ½ tsp smoked paprika for a little extra flavour

For the homemade skinny fries:
• Potatoes, cut into thin fries
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper

To serve:
• Mama Bear Foods Tomato Ketchup

Method

Add the mince, onion, red pepper, carrot, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic granules, pepper and smoked paprika (if using) to a large bowl.
Top Tip- Squeeze out any excess water from the carrot so mixture doesn’t become too moist.

Mix everything together until well combined. If the mixture feels a little too moist, simply add some extra breadcrumbs until it holds together well.
Place the mixture onto your worktop and flatten it out evenly.
Use a mug or cup to cut out burger shapes. Make them as thick or as thin as your family prefers.
Cook on a frying pan or under the grill until cooked right through.
For the skinny fries, cut your potatoes nice and thin so they look just like the fries the kids love.
Toss with a little olive oil, salt and pepper, then cook in the air fryer until golden and crispy. 200 degrees at 15mins normally works for me.
Serve alongside your homemade burgers with a generous squeeze of Mama Bear Foods Tomato Ketchup.

There are so many reasons why we as a family love Mama Bear Foods Tomato Ketchup:
100% natural ingredients
No artificial flavours
Reduced sugar
Gluten free
Vegetarian friendly

You can pick up your Mama Bear Foods Tomato Ketchup in Tesco NI, Spar and Dunnes across Northern Ireland.
