We had the BEST time at Ember — the setting is gorgeous (inside and out, with views of the Keel Crossing), the staff are super friendly, and the smells from the open kitchen alone are worth the visit. 👏🔥

What makes Ember stand out? 👉 Every month, the cuisine changes. When we visited, it was Hong Kong month and wow… it did NOT disappoint. 🙌

Our favourites:
🍄 Crispy Mushroom Bao (VE) – fluffy, light, and unlike any bao we’ve had before
🍤 Prawn Toast – fresh prawn + sesame topping = perfection
🍗 Chicken Satay – tender, juicy chicken with the dreamiest peanut sauce

Now, another life has been taken too soon. Charlie Kirk, age 31, was assassinated yesterday while speaking at Utah Valley University.

These two events, decades apart, are reminders that violence—whether wrought by political, ideological, or radical motives—destroys more than just lives. It severs trust. It wounds society. It dims hope.

Now, more than ever, we must reject hate, reject violence, and stand united for compassion, understanding, and peace.
