The pilots of this British Airways A320neo G-TTNN were informed of the need to return to stand 3 at Newcastle Airport shortly before they were due to operate flight BA1325 to London Heathrow on the 19th of September 2025. Wasting no time, they quickly entered the runway at Charlie West, backtracked down the runway and made their way to the terminal.

A nice Widebody arrival was this Air Europa Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner EC-ODH operating flight UX937 from Barcelona, ahead of the Newcastle United vs Barcelona Champions League game on Thursday, the 18th of September 2025. The aircraft was supposed to fly back to Madrid 1hour after landing in the North East. An unresolved technical issue, however, resulted in the flight being delayed until the following morning. ✈️

A new location I recently discovered for watching the planes at Inverness Airport is the newly constructed bridge at Inverness Airport train station. It offers a great view overlooking the airport and the runway.

This NATO Airbus A330 T-057 made a welcome appearance Newcastle International Airport , on Sunday, arriving with personnel for an exercise. Originally scheduled to depart at 16:00, the crew landed the flight nice and early and ended up flying back to Eindhoven around 1 hour early. ✈️

Trust me to be sitting down having a quiet morning when I noticed this RAF A400 ZM413 from Brize Norton may be heading my way.
So I grabbed my camcorder and went out for a walk, only to see a Chinook fly over, followed soon after by this A400 Atlas flying north towards Wooler. After making a U-Turn it then flew straight towards me at 300mph! Its one way to get the adrenaline running 😂✈️ (Full video available on YouTube).
