There are also lots of other things going on in the town including…

🎅🏼 Free car parking at the Dorset Council car parks

🧑🏻‍🎄 Free car parking at The New Car Park opposite the train station

🎅🏼 Christmas shop window displays throughout the town (the winners of the competition will be announced at Gillingham Christmas Spectacular)

🧑🏻‍🎄 Gillingham Tandoori are offering 15% off takeaway collections and free delivery within a 4.5 mile radius

🎅🏼 Thekaffee are opening for extended hours (5pm - 9pm) where you can enjoy festive drinks, mulled wine and mince pie squares plus all their usual treats

🧑🏻‍🎄 Moments will be open for card and gift shopping until 3pm

🎅🏼 Newcomer to the High Street Koolthings will be open for you to browse and purchase comics, figures, clothing and other merchandise

🧑🏻‍🎄 The Suite Hair and Beauty will be open including for you to book treatments and buy gifts

There are some amazing festive events taking place in Gillingham this year including:

Saturday 6th December
5pm - 8pm
At the Town Meadow

With live music, Father Christmas, food & drink, fairground rides and an illuminated tractor parade through the High Street going past the Meadow.

🧑🏻‍🎄 Magic of Christmas 🧑🏻‍🎄

Sunday 30th November
10am - 3pm
At RiversMeet Active

With arts, crafts, artisan foods, choirs, Father Christmas and a charity tombola organised by Gillingham Handmade.

There will be wonderful Christmas shop window displays throughout the festive period and other activities, discounts and promotions happening on Saturday 6th December including those by Gillingham Tandoori, Thekaffee and The Suite Hair and Beauty along with free parking in council car parks and The New Car Park opposite the train station. More details to follow!
