Leas-deasaiche – Loch Nam Madadh

Tha Storyboard Studios a’ sireadh Leas-deasaiche airson Loch Nam Madadh, am prògram ùr aca.

Bheir an Leas-deasaiche taic don sgioba iar-riochdachaidh le bhith a’ dèiligeadh ris an t-susbaint làitheil fhad ’s a tha e tighinn a-steach, a’ cumail smachd air faidhlichean a’ phròiseict, agus a’ cuideachadh an Deasaiche leis a’ ghearradh tron phròiseict. Tha e riatanach gum bi eòlas aig an neach seo air obair ann an iar-riochdachadh agus gu bheilear fileanta sa Ghàidhlig.

Bidh an dreuchd seo stèidhichte aig an àite filmidh còmhla ris a’ chriutha agus mar sin bu chòir do thagraichean a bhith comhfhurtail a bhith ag obair air falbh bhon ionad àbhaisteach aca airson an ùine air fad.

Feumaidh tagraichean a bhith ri fhaotainn airson obair bho 22 Màrt gu 8 Cèitean, agus comasach airson an obair a dhèanamh ann an Glaschu, Cille Bhrìghde an Ear agus costa Siorrachd Àir bho 22 Màrt gu 5 Giblean.

Tha Storyboard Studios Productions dealasach a thaobh iomadachd agus in-ghabhaltachd a bhrosnachadh, agus tha sinn a’ dèanamh cinnteach nach eil leth-bhreith sam bith taobh a-staigh a’ chompanaidh no air na riochdachaidhean againn. Tha sinn airson gum bi ar luchd-obrach a’ riochdachadh na shamhla de gach ceàrnaidh agus cinnidh. Ma tha feumalachdan no taic sam bith a dhìth sa phròiseas fastaidh, dèan cinnteach gun innis thu dhuinn san tagradh agad.

Tha an cothrom trèanaidh seo air a mhaoineachadh le British Film Institute, Alba Chruthachail agus MG ALBA.

Assistant Editor – Loch Nam Madadh (Wolf Bay)

Storyboard Studios are looking for an Assistant Editor to join the team on Loch Nam Madadh (Wolf Bay).

The Assistant Editor will support the post-production team with ingesting, backing up and organising rushes, maintaining project files, and assisting the editor with the day-to-day running of the edit. Previous experience working in post-production and fluency in Gaelic is essential.

This role will be based on location with the production so applicants should be comfortable working away from a post house environment for the duration of the role.

Applicants must be available from 22 March to 8 May, and able to work on location in Glasgow, East Kilbride and the Ayrshire coast from 22 March to 5 April.

We miss Michael so very much. Creating this latest series with him was a total pleasure and privilege, as always. It’s painful to announce it but we know Michael was looking forward to the series being released to audiences. Huge thanks again to everyone involved who worked passionately on it with us across the past year. We hope people can tune in and join us in paying tribute to the inimitable and our most wonderful colleague, Michael Mosley.

We are so deeply saddened by the recent news of our dear friend and colleague Michael Mosley.

First and foremost, our deepest sympathies go out to Michael’s wife Clare, his four children and his family and friends: our thoughts are with them.

Michael was such a dear colleague, mentor and friend and we are struggling to find the words to express how big a hole he leaves. We had so many joyful experiences working with Michael over the years across many productions and we recently finished collaborating on a new series together. We are heartbroken but finding solace in sharing the many lovely memories and reading how he helped so many people around the world through his content; even people who had not met him in person were able to feel a keen connection with him. That’s his incredible impact.

We miss you Michael x
