Play while they still ask. 🧸
​When they ask you to be the dragon or the princess, say yes. Sit on the floor. Follow their rules, even when they don’t make sense. Let it be messy and loud, because one day, they won’t ask anymore.

​Eventually, they’ll seek their own space and their own worlds. We’ll look back and miss the chaos of being their favorite playmate.

​Our presence is the greatest gift we can give them—and honestly, the memories are the greatest gift we can give ourselves.

She’s learning what calm looks like under pressure.
She’s learning whether respect is consistent... or conditional.
