Zipping at great heights, all for a brilliant cause. 💛

Last weekend, some of our team took part in Zipline the Clyde 2025, raising vital funds for . Right There is a fantastic Scottish charity that supports and prevents children and adults from becoming homeless.

The team has currently raised over £1,000 for this amazing cause but there’s still plenty of time to donate.

Every donation has the power to make a huge impact, so why not support our fundraiser today?

Take it from Centre Parcs 😬

After deleting their X account, Centre Parcs left their official handle up for grabs, which was taken up by another private individual.

After a few weeks of genuine messages from customers, the new owner decided to (thankfully!) flag it with Centre Parcs rather than reply to queries. This could have been disastrous for the company, as customers could have handed over sensitive financial information if the account had fallen into the wrong hands.

Whilst significant numbers of companies are reducing their X content, we don’t recommend completely deleting your account. Instead, brands should post one final time to signpost to your active channels and keep the account dormant.

It's the first day of Autumn which means it's officially Gilmore Girls, PSL & sweater weather season.

We leverage social listening to track online conversations, using these insights to develop timely, relevant, and valuable content for our target audiences.

When it comes to jumping on social media trends, here are a few things to keep in mind:
-Make sure you fully understand the trend to ensure your brand resonates with it
-If a trend doesn't feel authentic to your brand, don't feel pressured to join in
-Connect your product or service to the content, but avoid making it overly 'salesy'
-Post promptly whilst the trend is still relevant and to stay ahead of competitors

It’s our birthday! (Well, sort of…) 🥳

Saturday marked eight whole years of Hydrogen! Time flies when you’re having fun, eh?

No birthday would be complete without some proper celebrations, so last Friday, at our annual Summer Day, we raised a glass (and a paintbrush) to our Hydrogen journey so far. Here’s to lots more memories and exciting projects to come!
