Kate has been working with Pure Leo since it's inception. She wrote, directed and starred in our first broadcast commission for BBC Scotland, and directed out sketches with Charlie Vero-Martin. She's a regular host and performer at our live comedy nights and it wouldn't be a Pure Leo showcase without her 🧡

We first met Charlie in 2023 when we went to see her Edinburgh Fringe show Picnic, and we knew immediately she was someone we had to work with.

Fast forward (slowly) two years to 2025, and we were in production on a series of comedy sketches written by Charlie for BBC Scotland, all about life in Edinburgh.

We’re very proud to have Charlie as part of our Coming Through crew!
