🌟CLIENT SPOTLIGHT🌟 Crushing planks and gaining mobility 🏋🏻‍♂️

Since May, my client Ali's been putting in the effort, and it's making a noticeable difference. 

Incorporating new exercises with dumbbells like the one above, she's not only moving better with increased mobility, but also getting so much stronger. 

Ali sticks to her workouts, listens to my advice, and it's all paying off.

With improved mobility and better strength she is smashing her goal.

Being able to move better in her daily life too, that's a massive win right there! 💪🏻

Her core is so much stronger also but we're still working on it.

Ali challenged her son to a plank a while back but she lost, however we're going to make sure she wins next time!

She's now able to hold a plank for over one minute!⌚

She's nearly hit the 3kg mark in weight loss also 📉

As her coach, it can be tough to notice changes sometimes due to the fact I see her regularly, but lately during workouts, I'm REALLY noticing it!

It's really important to recognise other benefits and not just focus on weight loss when it comes to your fitness journey though, there are so many other benefits to focus on other than just the scales.

You know, that mentality of either being 100% on track or feeling like you've completely blown it?

First off, it's important to realise that life happens.

You might have a day where you indulge a bit more, and that's totally okay!

The trouble with the all or nothing approach is that it sets you up for a ton of emotions, and it can have an even bigger impact on your hard earned work.

Imagine this...You have a slice of cake, and suddenly you think, "Well, I've ruined my diet. Might as well eat the whole thing now''

Or ''I've f**ked it up now, what's the point in even trying''

Sound familiar?

That's the all-or-nothing trap.

Being too strict can make you feel deprived, which often leads to overindulging even more.

It's like a seesaw of extremes, and your body and mind pay the price.

Just remember, you can enjoy any food in moderation without derailing your progress.

It's about finding balance and understanding that one "off" meal won't ruin everything and it's just about moving on.

So, next time when things get tough, cut yourself some slack.

You're not failing!

Think you gotta be working around the clock for results?

Nah, not really!

Today, let's cheer on my client Ali for making sure much progress and changing her life and health for the better.

From where Ali began to now, it's a mass deal!

Ali so far has dropped a whopping 2 AND A HALF STONE! 😱🤩 shaping up with strength and confidence! 💪🏼🔥

Ali felt stuck with no motivation and had little experience when it came to weights or the gym!

She's like a different person and says she feels so 

Better inside and out.

Where Ian was before coaching:

➡️ Struggling with low self-esteem and confidence.

➡️ Lacking motivation to continue his fitness goals to the point he was gaining weight which he didn't want.

Where Ian is now:

Wasting time on these shortcuts aren't going to work!

Think about it: while you're Googling the next trendy diet, you could be putting in real work and actually seeing lasting results.

Fad diets are a joke!

You won't find lasting results; instead, you'll end up right back where you started. 

Save yourself the trouble and accept the fact that genuine change requires effort.
