A post we never wanted to write....

Today we pay tribute to one of our grooms, a gentleman called Stephen Buckley. We met this lovely man through our great friend Sandra Buckley and was honoured to provide their wedding entertainment back in 2022.

Upon meeting Stephen we knew we were in for a great time as he was such a thoughtful, funny man who absolutely adored Sandra. Their wedding is one we will certainly never forget!

Why is life unfair? We simply don't have that answer.

What we do know is that this gentle giant will be sorely missed by everyone who had the privilege of meeting him.

Although we can't be there in person we are thinking of all of Stephen's family and friends as they lay him to rest.

The LOUDEST ever sing off took place to the stag anthem which echoed around the church - left us with goosebumps!!

With ceilidh, conga and some club vibes thrown in for good measure Mr and Mrs Quail didn't leave the floor!!

Emma even ended up having a boogie 💃 You simply couldn't not join in when the atmosphere was ELECTRIC!!

Our hearts absolutely melted when flower girls Demi & Aria stole the show by demonstrating the ceilidh - they were like professionals!! 🫶

We need another member of the family to get married so we can celebrate again! 🤣

When you are chosen to provide the wedding entertainment for a fellow wedding industry supplier....you feel extremely honoured!

We met Rachel and Paul many years ago at The Confetti Wedding Awards and we hit it off!! We are so delighted to have made two special friends for life.

They tied the knot on Saturday and celebrated with their nearest and dearest!

"Sunshine on Leith" was definitely the song of the night - the volume of that singing was off the scale! 🤣

Well this news has come as very unexpected!! 😲

This week we were shocked and surprised to discover that we have been shortlisted in the music category at the "Your Scottish Wedding Awards" 2025.

A HUGE heartfelt thanks to all of our fabulous couples who have trusted us not only to be their wedding DJ but to have then nominated us - wow, your support is truly outstanding! ❤️

To be included in a category with so many other fantastic wedding suppliers - it is simply an honour!

Gordy is a DJ - where music & memories matter most! This is a memory for us that we certainly won't forget!

This gorgeous couple tied the knot last week at the beautiful Dalmeny Park House Hotel

Caitlin and David NEVER stopped smiling all day!

Thanks to Aimee at the venue for her kind hospitality plus Natural Weddings (Suzanne Hodgson Photography) and TRMedia Wedding Films for capturing the magic.

The LONGEST vengabus in history took place 🤣 and Caitlin's dreams came true when her favourite song she listens to 5 times a day made an appearance!!! We will leave her to tell you what it is!!!

This couple didnt leave the dancefloor all night - Mr and Mrs Welsh who are currently in Mexico on honeymoon - REST those feet!!

So many incredible weddings this week to tell you about!

Amy & David married in the beautiful sunshine at the fabulous Dalduff Farm. 🌞 Huge thanks to James at the venue for treating us like long lost friends!

With guests from Scotland and Northumberland in attendance, the level of excitement for the newlyweds was OFF the scale!!!

Ceilidh chaos was a personal highlight but there were so many great guest songs and those from Mr and Mrs Thomson, that we could have easily played into the early hours!

Everyone did well to survive the intense heat 🥵 but this didn't deter this crowd from dancing their hearts out.

This beautiful couple celebrated AT LAST yesterday with us, their family and friends at Lynnhurst Hotel Johnstone.

Chris and Fiona were in our diary in 2020 but unfortunately due to covid their wedding was cancelled. They did marry but without the party.

5 years on and Mr and Mrs Bauer FINALLY got the wedding they had so much dreamed of with a vow renewal, meal and party!

Fantastic music requests from their guests and being given free reign from our wonderful couple meant our job was easy!

We LOVED working alongside Chris and his team at the venue, Forza Photography and Media Images videography Kerry's Collection Magic Mirror Photo Booth - always a delight!

The support this couple has shown us throughout the years has been nothing short of amazing, it leaves us feeling very emotional!

Mr and Mrs Bauer - you are simply one of the kindest couples we have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

It's something unpredictable.....
But in the end it's right.....
I hope you had the time of your life.....
