CPH:DOX kicked off this Wednesday 11th March with a grand opening, and we are delighted to be joining everyone soon! If you are around, join the premiere of CONSCIOUS, our co-production with Conscious Productions Studio. This will take place at the festival in the Empire Bio on March 14th at 7 PM.

Following the screening, we are honoured to host a Q&A with both Suki Chan and renowned neuroscientist Anil Seth. Together, they will talk about the process of making this film and explore the corners of our mind, memory and identity.

What a joy to be at the Grosvenor Picture Theatre in Glasgow today for a special test screening of our upcoming feature, CONSCIOUS, with crew and friends. There is a unique kind of magic in seeing the film come to life in such an iconic local setting, and we are grateful for the opportunity to fine-tune the cinematic experience before it heads out into the world.

The excitement doesn’t stop here—the countdown is officially on for our world premiere at CPH:DOX on March 14th at Nørrebro Teater! To be featured at such a prestigious international festival is a proud moment for the entire team, and we can’t wait to finally share this exploration of the mind with a global audience.

We’re thrilled to share that CONSCIOUS, directed by Suki Chan, will celebrate its World Premiere at CPH:DOX 2026.

To see the film featured among this year’s extraordinary international documentary lineup is a true honour for our team.

In her debut feature, Suki crafts a sensorial and intimate journey into the human mind, weaving together the lived experiences of three remarkable women and neuroscientist Anil Seth. The film explores growth, reconciliation and resilience in the face of dementia — illuminating beauty in places we might least expect it.

A powerhouse jazz band has been tuning up and getting ready to bring the score for The MAD World of Harvey Kurtzman to life.🎷✨

The energy in the studio has been electric as these wonderful musicians prepare to fill the screen with emotional sound.
Stay tuned for more updates. The film is directed by Bart Simpson and is a co-production with Intuitive Pictures, supported in the UK by Screen Scotland and the UKGSF.

Very excited to announce that my soundtrack to Marie Lidén's BAFTA nominated feature documentary 'Electric Malady' is now officially out on all major platforms!

Produced by Aconite Productions in association with Forest of Black and distributed by Conic, the film was originally released in 2022.

Despite its rather heavy subject, this score was a joy to write, with cello contributions from the amazing Pete Harvey.
