Some images from our promotional film for the Radio City Association. A fantastic charity who are building ambitious community owned renewable energy projects in the Garnock Valley in North Ayrshire. They also provide a valuable services to the community such as their sustainable mobility hub, training opportunities and support to local businesses. Last year we worked with Glasgow Building Preservation Trust and
to create a film about their project, ‘My Historic Neighbourhood.’ A fascinating project that encompassed a programme of creative activities celebrating the heritage on the doorsteps if neighbourhoods around Glasgow. Check out the link in our bio to watch the film.

Roller skating at the Barrowland Ballroom is back, for one night only.

With support from the National Lottery Heritage Fund Scotland and thanks to National Lottery players, Glasgow Building Preservation Trust has been investigating the heritage of roller skating in Glasgow.

Thanks to research completed by Morag Cross, Karen Mailley-Watt and Ingrid Shearer, we've discovered a rich skating history in the city.

Would it surprise you to hear there have been roller rinks in Glasgow since the 1870s? How about 40 rinks from the 19th century till now? From the Zoo rink on New City Road to the American Rink on Victoria Road, people have been skating all over the city for over 150 years.

Find out more at our film premier Mambo Video Production and skate party at the Barrowland Ballroom with music from ButhoTheWarrior Friday 2nd September.

Tickets are free but booking is essential. Tickets available from 12pm on Friday 19th August - https://glasgowdoorsopendays.org.uk/blog/

The health of our seas is at risk on a global scale, so what difference can a country like Scotland really make?

So happy to finally be able to share this film which we made for the Our Seas campaign.

Working with director Max Wiszniewski, we were asked to create a story that would communicate the important environmental issues they are trying to address...
.. and that's where the idea for 'Time Limit' was born.

Watch the film and let us know what you think.
