Only 4 days left till the crowdfunder for HOT YOUNG GEEK SEEKS BLOOD-SUCKING FREAK closes!

HOT YOUNG GEEK SEEKS BLOOD-SUCKING FREAK is a short film about vampires, pizza, and coming out. When best friends Max and Ricky find themselves the prey of an angry vampire, they must ditch their Halloween plans to hide out at home. But when a forgotten pizza delivery shows up, can they risk letting the driver in? Can they stop arguing with each other? And can Max find the courage to face the one thing worse than death - coming out?

A fizzy comedy-horror about being young, q***r, and anxious, HOT YOUNG GEEK SEEKS BLOOD-SUCKING FREAK is a full-sprint comic-book romp through online roleplay, platform boots and garlic bread, inspired by everything from Cary Grant to John Waters to Parker Posey.

A FlowerPunk Films production, in association with Bombito Productions, , Scottish Q***r International Film Festival, and the National Lottery Community Fund. Produced by , written & directed by .

The crowdfunder closes in FOUR DAYS - Friday 12th April! We’re already at a stunning 65% of our target, but we still need your support to fully realise our budget!

‘Living With It’ is by the multi-talented animator and director and writer extraordinaire . Produced by Reece Cargan. Supported by BFI Network backed Short Circuit 'Sharp Shorts' scheme - and Screen Scotland Film City Futures Creative Scotland.

Pembe Ay (Pink Moon)

During the Pink Moon season - which sees rebirth after winter - Meray leaves Scotland and revisits her childhood home to be with her father, and work through their garden, as it blossoms on the politically and physically divided island of Cyprus. While this once gave her nightmares of the conflict, Meray now finds this ignites her conversations with her father. The filmmaker digs into the intergenerational trauma, and how the conflict, opposing views to her father, and restrictions in north Cyprus affected her migration.
