A short highlights edit from last weekends in Shropshire. According to the forecasts we were in for another wet Summer Trial but somehow we managed to skirt the deluge until after the chequered flag had been waved. A close fought battle right to the end with a 1968 Renault 8 Gordini finally claiming victory 🏁🎬🎥

Heading home from an exhausting but amazing Peking to Paris rally. 12 countries, 15,264km and we’re back in the UK. Finished the final edit from the road last night covering days 35-37 so here it is, there might be some photos over the next few days, lots to work thru! 😊🏁🎥

Peking to Paris days 32, 33 & 34 saw us crossing from Bulgaria to Romania to Hungary and into Austria. After a night in Salzburg we are on the road again, briefly dipping into Germany before ending up in Switzerland tonight, tomorrow, France and the final 2 days of this epic adventure for 2025! 😊🏁🎥

We’re into the final week, ticking off countries on a daily basis now! Yesterday from Bulgaria into Romania, today we’re into Hungary and tomorrow we’re heading for Austria.
This edit covers the journey from the Turkish capital of Ankara via Istanbul to Bulgaria’s capital Sofia, which was the location for our final non travel day before the rally rolls on to Paris 😊🎥🏁

Days 26-28 of the 2025 P2P, less than 10 days to go now but around 3500km still to cover. Heading to Istanbul tonight and onto Sophia tomorrow with a well deserved non travel day on Monday to catch our breath! 😊🏁🎥

A few days in Baku to sort car issues, do laundry and take a beat then across Azerbaijan to Qakh before crossing the border into Georgia for one night in Tbilisi. Country #4 of 12.
We’re currently waiting at the Georgia/Turkiye border to start country #5 🏁🎥

Peking to Paris days 12-14 highlights. From escaping the spaghetti highways of Urumqi to a camping at the base of the Tianshan Mountain, onto the border town of Khorgos and finally out of China and into Kazakhstan, 1 country down, 11 to go!

Haven’t had much time to post in the last week so taking a brief opportunity before the next cap tomorrow night. A few shots from Saturdays route thru the centre section of the Hexi Corridor in northern China on the 2025 Peking to Paris rally. It’s already been quite an adventure, few more weeks and a few thousand kms to go! 😊🏁🎥

In a few hours the 2025 Peking to Paris rally sets off! Just after 3am here in Beijing, flag drops at 7.30 and the first cars set off on the 14,250km journey through 12 countries over 37 days. One of the worlds toughest endurance rallies will throw everything at the cars and their crews and we’ll be covering it all the way to Paris 🎬🏁🎥
