Happy memories of the sessions for Sony Pictures' The Woman King, directed by Gina Prince-Bythewood. Award winning composer Terence Blanchard's beautiful score was recorded by SDA in Scotland's Studio, Glasgow. Set in the 1820s, the film is about the Agojie, the all-female warrior regiment that protected the West African Kingdom of Dahomey during the 17th to 19th centuries. The incredible cast is led by Viola Davis and also includes Thuso Mbedu, Lashana Lynch, Sheila Atim, Hero Fiennes Tiffin, and John Boyega.

Atli Örvarsson is an American-Icelandic BAFTA-winning and Emmy-nominated film score composer. He chose to SDA to record his soundtracks for the first two seasons of 'Silo' for Apple TV, and it was his score for season 1 that won a BAFTA in 2024.
