CHRISTMAS COMMUNITY SCREENINGS! Muppets Christmas Carol! 22nd December 2025! Since we started in 2012 community work has been a huge part of CherryMan Media and we thought what better way to celebrate Christmas than with a Muppets Christmas Carol screening.
Having watched this fantastic film every year since its release in 1994, I have a huge amount of love for it and I’ve been wanting to run a screening like this in the Southside of Glasgow for years.
Come along and join myself, my family, friends and the lovely folk in the community who have already bought tickets for a jolly afternoon.
Doors at 1.30pm and the film starting at 2pm. Tickets are £9 for adults, £6 for kids/concessions and we have a 2 for 1 deal running on kids tickets.
If you happen to not know about this film, it’s a screen adaptation of Charles Dickens’ Christmas classic book ‘A Christmas Carol’, the story of a bitter money hoarding grump named Scrooge who has the course of his life changed when he is visited by three ghosts on Christmas Eve. This adaptation has the Muppets bring their customer charm and mania to the story, along with the incredible gravitas and skill of Michael Caine. Despite arguably having many sillier moments than many adaptations, I actually think this is the best adaptation and most in keeping with the style he made the book and indeed toured it, with the Muppet’s Gonzo taking the role of the Dickens’ narrator.
Tables at the restaurant for lunch before the show and after for dinner are available but will need booked due to the time of year.

Was a lovely wee job last year capturing the new Anderson Strathearn offices in Edinburgh for , who did an amazing job fitting out the place. It was designed by the fantastic folk at . What a brilliant space! Love doing jobs like that!

Great to catch up with old colleague from in and it was great to have a chance to try out the new S1rii, brilliant camera! Lovely grip size and I really like the photo/video mode switch. Hopefully can make that the next camera body if the summer is good to me. Great stuff!

It was a joy to photograph the office in Edinburgh, where their new office refit emphasised sustainability. It also involved many great partner organisations from across Scotland including , , , , , , and . Beautiful design, great use of materials and a fantastic job to do. Thanks to all involved! It was an honour to be invited to the Scottish Parliament last night to celebrate 15 years of as a key partner organisation and supporter. They provide important inclusive spaces for disabled people, building communities and providing great programmes. We’ve been working with them to produce their video content since 2020, with our workshops arm .possible.universe providing media workshops for their daytime adult activity programme since 2019.
In my family, I’ve found support from their organisation going back 15 years, my sister Ruth, who has complex needs, attended the original club at its very beginning! Here’s to another 15 years.

Another Include Me 2 Club Gala Ball video from us!

Congratulations to Include Me 2 Club on 15 years of brilliant work creating inclusive spaces for disabled people! We filmed their annual gala ball for the fourth time. This time myself (David) and Robert were there to capture the glamour and the fun. With great music from Nathan Evans, George Bowie and many more. It was lovely to see folk recognized at the awards.

CherryMan Media supports the activities of Include Me 2 Club as a key partner, providing media production services to tell the story of the organization to funders, participants and more throughout the year.

CherryMan Media also provides equipment for media group at Hub Club, twice a week, which provides a meaningful daytime activity and community programme for adults with disabilities. We provide media group through our workshop arm Any Possible Universe, and new media equipment bought for our corporate work is made available for our community work, meaning our participants can gain access to technology and equipment that funding might not otherwise provide access to. Community is important to CherryMan Media, as it has been from the very start.
