The first harvester I used, it was a 678 Bruunett forwarder converted by EMMEX Forestry in the UK . The OSA crane was mounted on the rear chassis and fitted with a Timberjack 740 harvesting head and the cab was reversed. It was a great little thinning harvester

Big old tree.
Before all the haters start this tree has captured and stored carbon in its wood but once reaching maturity it no longer captures carbon but stores it. By felling this tree and planting new ones we capture and store even more carbon as young growing trees absorb harmful CO2 at a much faster rate.
