I didn’t have a perfect year, but I’m still here. Still standing. Still thriving. Still living. Still growing. ❤️

And honestly, I can’t complain.

Through the highs, the lows, the lessons, the unexpected moments and everything in between, my Maker has kept me here. I truly believe He still has a purpose for my life. He doesn’t want me yet 😅 and honestly, what an honour it is to still be here, living this life and becoming the woman I’m meant to be.

Is NAFDAC seeing what is happening in these open Nigerian markets, or are we just ignoring it?

The other day, I came across a video of people measuring seasoning cubes like Maggi and Knorr, with flies and all sorts of things perching on them.

Today, I have come across another video showing people measuring noodles, Baba Blue and other food items in an extremely disgusting and unhygienic environment.

Honestly, Nigerians, we need to start paying more attention to what we consume. These things might look like ordinary market practices to some people, but they raise serious concerns about food hygiene and public health.

And here is something we should all think about. Even if you are careful enough not to buy these products from the market, there is a possibility that you could eventually eat them in a restaurant or food business that sources its ingredients from these places.

You might be sitting comfortably, enjoying your favourite meal, without knowing how the ingredients were handled before they got to your plate.

This is not about attacking anyone trying to make a living. It is about food safety, accountability and protecting people’s health.

NAFDAC and other relevant authorities need to pay closer attention to these practices. People deserve to buy food ingredients in clean and safe conditions.

We cannot continue to normalise things like this and then wonder why people are facing different health challenges.

Please, be careful about what you buy and where you eat. Your health matters.

One ingredient I always find interesting for pigmentation is tranexamic acid (TXA). It is known for helping to reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation by targeting some of the processes involved in excess melanin production.

Improving uneven skin tone
Reducing the appearance of post-acne marks

And if you have darker skin, you already know that pigmentation can sometimes be VERY stubborn. A spot may disappear from the acne, but the mark decides to stay for months 😂

So alongside the 18 series Apple also released a foldable phone for the first time, I’m actually completely sold on this one 😅… it’s so gorgeous… I also noticed there is no much difference between the 18 and 17 infact you can easily repackage your 17 to look like 18 in a blord way 😂😂😂…

I honestly don’t like foldable phones but with this Duo Pro iPhone foldable Hmmmmm I love it..
