A fantastic all-round team performance yesterday against Stirling Albion, who are currently sitting top of the league.
We started really strong not giving Stirling a second, playing some fantastic football and we went in at halftime 3-2 up with well taken goals from Robbie L, Oliver & Jude, but we felt that we could have been further infront with some missed opportunities.
2nd half, we never got started, Stirling came out strong and we found ourselves 4-3 down, but that kicked the boys back into action and we took the game to Stirling, with Kerren scoring to make it 4-4 with a counter attack. We created a few more chances, but again we just never capitalised on them with the Stirling keeper making some good saves. A late tackle on Chistian on the wing saw Stirling go down to 10 men, Robbie H freekick was tipped onto the bar by the Stirling keeper, but Arran followed it in to make it 5-4 and get a deserved win and all 3 points.
A great game of football between both teams.
