⚽️ Too often, young players are made to feel like they’ve “made it” before they’ve even finished losing their baby teeth.

⚽️ Academy fixtures, Social media posts, Promises of opportunities and when the next player comes along, the attention moves on.

⚽️ These are children, not pawns to be used for self validation.

⚽️ Build the player, protect the person & ultimately? Let kids enjoy football without turning their childhood into a shop window.

⚽️ The SFA receives astronomical fees from grassroots coaches, yet the software used by its volunteers has had nothing but problems since the release.

⚽️ The Aim - to aid grassroots coaches in understanding the game.

💩 The delivery - confusing coaches on what format, pitch size & pathway requirements for your specific age group should look like.

❌ Grassroots volunteer coaches again put in a position where they do not feel supported.

⚽️ They give up the weekends, time with their families, personal money all to ensure that children have a place to play football, the least the SFA can do is support that with up to date information that can be used by everyone involved in the game.

👀 There isn't one course available through the governing body to educate coaches on how to deliver a session to make players better technically 😬

🤷🏽 How can we expect to make more elite level football players if coaches aren't provided with any information?

🚨 127 years of Rangers managers 🚨

‼️ Historical records show that no permanent Rangers manager has started with four competitive games without a win since the club appointed its first manager in 1899.

‼️ Derek McInnes is now four competitive games into his Rangers reign without a single victory — P4, W0, D2, L2.

‼️ This isn’t just a poor start. No permanent Rangers manager in the modern era has started this badly, and the historical managerial records indicate you have to go all the way back through Rangers’ managerial history without finding another permanent boss who failed to win any of his opening four competitive matches.
