Megan & Fraser’s wedding on Friday 🤍

This was such a wonderful day! A beautiful outdoor ceremony in the grounds of Megan’s family home, with the sun shining and everyone gathered together in such a personal setting.

The morning started inside the family home as Megan got ready, while Fraser arrived before the ceremony to greet guests as they made their way into the gardens. After the ceremony, it was confetti, drinks and canapés, with live jazz playing as everyone settled into the afternoon. Then speeches, dinner, and a packed dancefloor that carried on all night.

One of those days that felt full of warmth from start to finish — and such a lovely Scottish garden wedding to be part of!

Another little moment from Sarah & Ben’s wedding at Rossie on the Earn 🤍

This one came during the speeches, as Ben’s best man spoke so warmly about the two of them and everything that brought them together!

As I finish these edits next week, I’m reminded how the speeches always provide some wonderful moments!

It’s one of those parts of the day where the whole room settles in for a minute — a lot of laughter, a few emotional moments, and everyone completely wrapped up in what’s being said.

Such a brilliant atmosphere throughout this entire day, and I can’t wait to finish these films next week 🤍

Marlin & George’s wedding at Mar Lodge on Saturday 🤍

The day began with George and his groomsmen heading into the river for a cold dip before warming back up with a dram of whisky — a pretty memorable way to start a wedding morning in the Cairngorms!

Back at Mar Lodge, preparations continued in the billiards room while Marlin spent a much calmer morning with her bridesmaids before getting into her dress and sharing a first look with her dad 🤍

Then it was time for an outdoor ceremony in front of the lodge, surrounded by the incredible scenery of the Cairngorms National Park, followed by drinks and canapés in the sunshine.

Later, Marlin & George took some time out together at the Linn of Dee, with some amazing Highland views before heading back to the Stag Ballroom where guests welcomed them in with bagpipes, speeches, dinner and a ceilidh to finish the day!

Such a brilliant atmosphere from start to finish at one of the most unique wedding venues in Scotland 🤍 congratulations to Marlin & George!

As I put the finishing touches to their wedding films, here’s another little moment from Alix & Kevin’s wedding at The Haberdashery in Glasgow 🤍

This one came during the speeches, as Alix’s dad told the story of the first time Kevin came to stay… only for the Beast from the East to arrive and extend the visit slightly longer than expected.

A very funny story, but also one of those moments that says a lot about being welcomed into a family from the very beginning.

So many great moments woven throughout this day, all in such a relaxed and joyful atmosphere from start to finish.

A few moments from Laura’s vows to Ross at Lochgreen House Hotel 🤍

Right in the middle of the day, everything slows down a little. Just the two of you, saying what you’ve been meaning to say, with everyone you care about listening.

Such a lovely part of their ceremony, and one that felt really personal to them.

Sarah & Ben’s wedding at Rossie on the Earn yesterday 🤍

This was a day that had so many amazing moments!

The morning started in the farmhouses at Rossie on the Earn, a wonderfully calm and tranquil setting to prepare for the day. With everyone ready, it was time to head over to Forgandenny Parish Church for the ceremony, a beautiful church in a wonderful setting.

Sarah & Ben left the church to the cheers and confetti of their nearest and dearest, before taking off in a vintage car!

Then it was back to a sunny Rossie on the Earn afterwards, with everyone settling into the afternoon — drinks and music while Sarah & Ben took a few quiet moments together in the private gardens.

Wonderful speeches, a sumptuous dinner and a packed dance floor rounded everything off!

Such a brilliant day from start to finish 🤍

Emily & Dom // Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh

A little final teaser before these two receive their full wedding films this week.

This moment comes from the speeches, where Emily’s sister Molly spoke about soulmates — and how they aren’t just found in one place, but across all kinds of relationships. Friends, partners, sisters. It was one of those parts of the day that really stayed with you.

The afternoon and evening at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh had that same feeling running through it — thoughtful, personal, and full of meaning in the moments in between.

Alix & Kevin’s Glasgow wedding yesterday 🤍

This was an immensely enjoyable day yesterday in Glasgow, as I captured the chilled out celebrations of Alix and Kevin at The Haberdashery.

At the heart of it all was Yondu, their border terrier — helping with the morning preparations at Malmaison, delivering the rings, and even heading out for a walk along the way. He was such a star, and a lovely way to include him in the day!

From there, everything moved over to The Haberdashery in Glasgow, an absolutely wonderful place. The ceremony took place in the private dining space, followed by drinks and canapés in the cafe / restaurant area. From there guests moved back in the private dining space for speeches and dinner, before it was time to head downstairs and party the night away.

Alix & Kevins day had a really relaxed flow to it, where nothing ever felt rushed and everyone could just settle into the day and enjoy it.

It was my joy to capture, heres a little sneak peak of their wonderful wedding day 🤍

Speeches are one of the most memorable parts of a wedding day, and one of the moments people often feel most aware of being filmed.

My approach is always to stay as discreet as possible.

I film from out of view of guests, using multiple cameras to quietly capture everything as it happens — one on the speaker, one on you both, and a wider shot of the room where space allows.

That way, nothing feels interrupted and you can stay fully present, while the reactions, laughter and emotion are all captured naturally.

Jessica & Grant’s wonderful wedding at Errol Park in Perthshire 🤍

Jessica spent the morning getting ready in the house with her nearest and dearest — champagne, music and plenty of laughs — while Grant and his groomsmen settled into another corner of Errol Park, making the most of the space this venue gives you.

Guests gathered at the foot of the staircase for a beautiful and personal ceremony, before everyone spilled out onto the lawns and into the house for drinks and canapés in the Perthshire sunshine. From there, the day moved into the stables for dinner, speeches and a packed dancefloor, with fire pits lit outside to round everything off.

Errol Park is one of those wedding venues that just works — everything flows naturally, and there’s space for the day to unfold without feeling rushed.
