Taking a little flashback to lighter evenings.

Jess and George enjoyed a few golden hour moments around the grounds at Manor by the Lake.

Here’s a little preview and a flavour of some of the magic of the day.

I have only a handful bookings left this year so most of my time is spent in the editing suite, crafting golden moments into completed films.

It’s a lengthy process but it’s sooo rewarding when it comes together.

As the evenings are drawing in, I felt compelled to reflect on the warm summer days.

Take a little look at Steph and Rob’s marquee wedding at their family home.

A brilliant day with a touching ceremony filled with love and a whole of humour. And ALL THE CONFETTI!!!

Steph and Rob were laughing and smiling all day. The amount of footage I have featuring Rob chuckling are too many to count.

Goodness me, it’s been a whirlwind wedding season and I’ve still got a few left to wrap up the year.

I’ve been hunkered down in the edit bay most evenings so been a bit slack on here.

So here’s a little flashback to one month ago at park where Lisa and Ben said their “I do’s”

It was a truly unique celebration with some really emotional personal touches. From their own vows and rules for a successful marriage, to epic speeches, smoke bombs and a a spectacular first dance.

As dedicated amateur dramatic enthusiasts, they certainly put on a show.

R E F L E C T I O N S

How do you sum up a year of weddings and wonder if a few short minutes? With a little mash up of course.

This year has seen some big things. My little boys are growing and becoming brilliant, fun, smart and inquisitive (and not quite so little) boys

My big brother’s wedding and some of my closest friends having babies. I’m so happy for you!

For me, I’ve been trusted to capture some incredible weddings. It’s an absolute honour and privilege to be present on the most important of days.

I have some exciting goals for next year and believe me, I’m hungry for more epic films, smiles, laughs jokes and happy tears along the way.

To all my couples. This year and next, I say thank you from the bottom of my heart. I can’t wait to get cracking with next year.

However you choose to mark the beginning of 2025, I wish you love, health and happiness.
