Our Final Public Film Show.
We are presenting a film show on Monday 8th September at St George's Church Centre, Court Road, Brockworth, GL3 4ET at 2-30pm.
We will show a variety of interesting films made by past and present club members.
Admission is free to everyone along with a free drink and biscuits.
At the end of the show we will be attempting to sell all of our film projection equipment, plus some speakers and cables.
Apart from a couple of film shows to local voluntary groups this will be our last event. We look forward to seeing you.

Another great Interclub competition with 12 well produced films that made the judges deliberate for over two hours. A big thank you to Pip Critten, Jill Bunting and Jill Lambert for judging. The winners were: best use of sound "The Secrets of Bishop Knoll" by Mark Harrison. Best cinematography "Road Rail and Canal" by Robert Paget. Best entertainment and technical merit "Jane Austen in Bath" by Kate Peake and Angela Rendell. (2nd "The Secrets of Bishops Knoll" by M Harrison, 3rd "Cry" by Oliver Grills).

An enjoyable evening once again viewing six entries in the Film of the Year Awards. For best sound: 3rd to Secret Agent Man by Larry & Jez Hall, 2nd to The Lost Generation by Clive Blackmore and 1st Easter Week prt 1 by Paula Clare. Best overall film was Easter Week prt 1 by Paula Clare. Well done to all and thank you to Mark Harrison from Bristol for being our judge this year.

Mike Morris congratulated the winners of last night's competitions: Clive Blackmore's "The Lost Generation" (Music/Poem) and John Greene's "Wildlife Welcome Here". Well done both! Afterwards we enjoyed watching films from other film clubs around the country.
