As we get closer to the Kings Coronation 🎈👑🎉 , there is increasing talk of volunteering in your local community and the advertised “Big Help Out” on Monday the 8th of May. 🎊🎉

In the UK volunteers are amazing, with over 16.3 Million people volunteering annually. From emergency services to those who just add a little extra support to day-to-day life, or put a smile on another person’s face, it’s safe to say that volunteering is very much at the core of our communities. 🥸🚑🚓🚒🩼🚁🛟

In the Waveney area, New Rock has a wide range of volunteering opportunities with both direct and supported projects, providing vital and enjoyable roles within the local area. From radio presenters to environmental workforces, and everything in between, there are roles to suit, inspire and enjoy. 🥳

New Rock offers full induction and training to all of its volunteers, as well as to all other projects we support. This helps to make sure that things remain safe and well organised, but also allows us to give a little back for your valued time.

We will be holding information days, putting up posters, and handing out leaflets on how you can get involved over the next few weeks, so if you fancy a little socialising and wish to help make a difference in your community, please do get in touch.

New Rock would like to introduce you to Tupelo Lime , a modern Country Blues band based in Norfolk, UK. A popular sight as a solo act across Europe, Tupelo Lime releases the EP "Roanoke" with a new enhanced sound with added depth and emotion preforming as a "Five Piece" supergroup for 2023.

Last night saw the official project launch of New Rock in the amazing town of Bungay, after many years growing and developing services, we are finally in a position to be able to expand further built on a strong unshakable foundation.
