make a slow cooker beef casserole with me 🫶🏼✨

only 2 syns pp (exc the dumplings🙊)
using : shallots, carrots, peeled chopped potatoes, diced beef, red wine paste, beef stock, Worcester sauce & a casserole mix from Aldi (1.5 syns pp) and left on low for 7.5 hours then added 2 tsp of gravy granules before serving🤎 we had ours with some dumplings as a treat tonight and was a 10/10 👏🏼

He’s in a lot of pain and back to sleep already so I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you all for the love, support, messages that kept me occupied while we waited and so many of you have asked to send Dexter and even Harper something 🥹 so I’ve set up an amazon wish list which I think is the easiest way to do this. Dexter update ❤️‍🩹✨
After the most horrendous full body seizures yesterday and chasing up the hospital.. We finally have a date! And Dext will be going into hospital this Monday and having his surgery on Tuesday✨

What my little munchkin has been going through has been horrendous, and as a mum to watch it and feel helpless.. He’s the strongest, bravest and most caring kind little boy and deserves to be back to feeling his best, running around school with his friends and back to playing football on the weekends ⚽️ so please keep us in your thoughts and I’m just praying this is what he needs to make him better 🙏🏼❤️‍🩹

Caesar salad made with romaine lettuce, parmesan & 1 tbsp of light caesar dressing (2.5 syns)
1 tbsp of light mayo (2 syns)

Little vlog from yesterday 🎥✨

Had some a couple of hours to myself so got lots done round the house, set up my new vibration plate & walking pad 👣

I used to make sure I did 10k steps a day and have stopped so I’ve put it back on my daily habits list and got my upgraded all set up ready to smash my steps 👏🏼✨ They’ve been kind enough to give me a code to share with you all if you want to get yourself one - make sure you use BECKSCROSS_ at checkout ❤️ *AD CODE

Small changes but my 5 weeks progress pictures 🫶🏼✨
Thought I’d post a little check in as been a little while, I’m still not feeling my best, but half way through my little challenge now 🤍

Still sticking to my daily habits ✅ but I’m going to introduce my Apple Watch and start tracking 10k steps a day 👣 and get my walking pad out!👏🏼
