Hey Everyone- it’s Krystal
As you probably are all aware our name has been spreaded over social media with unpleasant comments the last few days , I believe the posts have now been removed after speaking to admins etc .. I can confirm that myself KRYSTAL doesn’t have my original phone due to it being damaged and I’m currently using a new number for the time beinging until I’m able to get my phone & orignal number back! As you all know when you book with us it goes straight to our WhatsApp unless you message our page - but unfortunately wasn’t able to open up my WhatsApp or view social media as the codes that get sent for security back up to my phone number that I don’t have access to at the moment , so therefore the recent 2 partys over social media that didn’t go ahead last weekend was due to this matter … I can confirm that both customer’s have been FULLY REFUNDED!
As you know that everything is backed up by codes which unfortunately ment I didn’t have access to the page , emails , banking & WhatsApp .
In the 10 years of us doing this - THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED! Some things are just out of our control sometimes “ WE ARE ALL HUMAN” so I do wish that that hateful comments of being called scammers & money grabbers is stopped because I will just block you from our page .
* I would like to now add & will pin the post to the top of our page about our terms and conditions that we always go by - The bookings we have in the diary 📔 & that are booked by a deposit are secure & will be going ahead as normal …. WE LOVE OUR JOB & LOVE ENTERTAINING YOU.
* PLEASE NOTE - I WILL NO LONGER REFUND ANYBODY’S DEPOSIT WHO IS CANCELLING WITH US DUE TO THIS MATTER THATS CIRCULATING….
