Everyone is welcome at the Royal Windermere Yacht Club’s Open Day on May 24th.
Whether you are completely new to sailing or just fancy seeing what it’s all about, pop in!
Try your hand on the water with experienced sailors, or simply enjoy a drink by the lake and take in one of the best views. This is a relaxed, friendly, sociable day and a great way to tip your toe in.

If sailing has ever crossed your mind this is a pretty perfect place to start.

We will welcome you with open arms and a buoyancy aid!

Check out the mighty High Fade who will be swinging back into Eskdale Valley this summer hot off the tails of their huge US tour, and the inimitable Hannabiell & Midnight Blue - an incredibly talented 8-piece band who deliver a fusion of African & Latin percussion, Jazz, Funk, Afro-Beat, and Reggae! We've also got the infectiously joyful Solar Love Society, other-worldly beings S.K.X Funkanauts, high-octane wildcards Maz & The Phantasms, legendary Lakelanders Steel Foxes, young local talent ANNABEL, folk-rock showstoppers; Dance, Puppet, Dance, northern rock heavyweights; MUCK, and groove-maestroes; Zopa!
