🌟 Train to Become an Early Years Educator! 🌟

Are you passionate about working with children and looking to start or progress your career in childcare?

Our Level 3 Childcare Course is designed to develop your childcare skills and deepen your understanding of child development, giving you the knowledge and practical experience required to become an Early Years Educator. A nursery placement is required as part of the course, and support will be provided throughout your learning journey.

We are holding a special open day for people living with dementia and their carers, companions or family members on Tuesday 15th September 2026 (11.00am to 3.00pm).
Come and see our museum and walk down memory lane with displays of firefighting from the past.

🌈 Café Pride – Update for This Month
The Town Hall is open, and Café Pride is still happening this Friday from 1pm–3pm — but the café itself will be closed for the day.

That means we’ll be running our usual friendly, welcoming space, just with a small twist: please bring your own food and drink. Whether it’s a sandwich, a coffee from town, or your favourite snack, you’re very welcome to bring whatever you like.

We’ll still have the same warm chats, community vibes, and chance to meet new people and allies. The only thing missing is the café — the heart of Café Pride is very much still there.
